
I’m Phil D’Adamo, Co-Founder of The Change Lounge. As a Change Consultant and Coach, I work with individuals, businesses and organisations to lead and navigate change and achieve growth, development and transformation. I help them get unstuck, set new direction and move forward with purpose when faced with a transition, curveball or major disruption.
After decades of working in the field of change, I have learnt that the toughest part of any transition or improvement, whether personally or professionally, is not in setting the goal, but in navigating the change to get there. That's the space I operate in. My mission is to assist you to make sense of the complexity of change, turning dissatisfaction or disruption, into momentum, even when the path is full of obstacles.
